HireontheSpot is currently an online resume builder with prospects in the future to become a booming job-placement site which accurately and swiftly “matches” employers with candidates and vice versa.

How It All Began

The idea that sparked our first project is the need for employers to find and hire employees easily, quickly, and effectively. In order to achieve this goal we needed to make a unified and precise online database for employers to search for qualified candidates; hence bringing you an online resume builder.

The online resume builder is our first phase in launching “HireontheSpot.” Initially, this tool can be used independently from our employer-employee search which has not yet launched; however, in the near future this will be a vital component used to tailor the search field.
