Communications
Thirsty Piranha, Inc. & or HireontheSpot reserves the right to send you unsolicited bulk email for our solution(s), service(s) and or product(s) until you have given us ample notification ( at least 72 hours notice) via the following, written communication via postal mail, email, or by opt-out via your account information opt-out of “company communications via email”. Additionally HireontheSpot reserves the right to send you email campaigns relating to your account or services in which you are enrolled in to better help you make the best of your account or services, such emails could consist of tips & tricks to account notifications that require your attention, emails of this type cannot be opt-out since these types of communication could be for your security and or privacy. At no point can Thirsty Piranha, Inc. or HireontheSpot be held liable for any bulk mailings received by you that are not on our behalf. We strive to keep our communications via email to a minimum, but must disclose this condition with you as part of our legal agreement with you.
